1. About this website

This website is operated by Chiropractic Art Pty Ltd, trading as Advanced Chiropractic, a chiropractic practice at 869 Springvale Road, Mulgrave VIC 3170. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The information here is general

Everything on this site is general information about chiropractic care and the conditions people commonly come to us with. It is not personal health advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a consultation. Whether care is appropriate for you can only be decided after an examination. If you have sudden severe symptoms, loss of bladder or bowel control, progressive weakness or numbness, or symptoms after a serious injury, seek urgent medical attention or call 000.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.

3. Bookings and cancellations

Appointments are booked through our online booking system, PracSuite, from our booking page, or by calling (03) 9548 5050. A booking request is not an appointment until you receive a confirmation from us.

The notice we ask for when you cancel or reschedule, and any fee that applies, are as stated in our booking system at the time you book. Please tell us as early as you can if you cannot make an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else. The terms of the New Patient Visit are set out in our offer terms.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, illustrations, logos and the name Advanced Chiropractic, is owned by Chiropractic Art Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including our booking system and the sources we cite. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Privacy

How we collect, use, store and share your personal and health information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on the general information it contains. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any change takes effect when it is published here, and the date at the top of this page is updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
