How a visit works
Every patient starts the same way: a full Gonstead examination first, then a plain explanation of what it found.
Stage one: New Patient Visit, $99
Your history and a full Gonstead examination, so we understand what has been going on and for how long. Allow about 45 minutes.
Stage two: X-rays if clinically indicated
Films are taken on site, standing and weight bearing, and only where the examination calls for them. Any fee is explained before a film is taken.
Stage three: Report of findings

On the day

- Extras cover carries an annual limit for chiropractic. It is worth knowing how much of yours is left for the year.
- Waiting periods
- A newer policy can carry a waiting period before a first claim. A minute in your Bupa account will confirm yours.
- Grouped services
- Some policies pool allied health services under one shared limit, so using one can reduce another.
